Global Head of Applications and Operations Services

The employer is from Finance sector. The Head of Applications and Operations is part of the senior management team of ISAP ITS department locally and of the Build and Run department of ITS globally. The scope of services provided by his teams covers the technical support of all CACIB business applications, which are primarily located in France and UK and to a certain extent in Singapore Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent Relevant degree 11 years and more Minimum 15 years of experience in IT environment with minimum 10 years in managerial positions Strong leadership with the ability drive global teams to results in an autonomous manner Excellent communication skills and proactivity in the sharing of relevant information to various levels of stakeholders Ability to work under pressure and prioritize activities to deliver results Effectiveness at decision making and dealing with issues Strong client/service orientation Ability to delegate and develop others Ability to work autonomously Ability to cooperate and work across disciplines Adaptability to changing environments Self-motivated, innovative and energetic Able to work in a multicultural environment Full proficiency in English (oral and written), French speaking will be an advantage
