Head Finance Business Partner

Lead and develop a Team of 8 direct reports (Financial controllers on Cocoa sites, Commodity Risk Management Team); Develop solid cocoa know-how throughout the Finance organization Responsible for the Finance books, P&L, B/S of all cocoa related entities in the Asia Pacific Ensure accurate and timely closing, reporting, budgeting and forecasting of all Cocoa related entities Responsible for cocoa risk management: Position reporting, effective control framework Monitor business performance and provide top-notch financial analysis, trade-offs and recommendations Prepare business cases on business development and optimization Support and guide project implementation related to system (SAP) and process improvement At least 10 years of experience in Finance/Business Controlling, ideally in commodity, manufacturing or FMCG Proven Team leader Excellent analytical skills: Proven track record for managing complexity, capable of distinguishing key elements in an intricate environment, capable of preparing detailed complex analyses and financial models. Solid financial accounting skills, sound IFRS knowledge Strong interpersonal skills: Can interact and build strong relationships with staff from various departments (Finance, Sales, Operations & Supply Chain, and HR) and different levels, including Senior Management; Able to create strong links and legitimacy with Business Leaders to drive changes throughout the finance organization.
