Head of Bancassurance Product

A major bank with strong presence in Asia. This is highly exciting role where you will drive the sales strategy and execution of innovative Bancassurance service offerings for its Wealth Management business, across traditional and digital channels. You will lead a team of product managers and work with local distribution teams to increase awareness and customer knowledge on financial planning especially in the areas of wealth accumulation, retirement and legacy planning. You take the lead in developing new value propositions for different segments of clients. You are responsible for full cycle of product marketing from conceptualization to development to Go-To-Market products. Working with local distribution teams, you oversee the engagement of customers across all channels and sales acquisition activities. You are degree qualified with a demonstrated track record in Bancassurance leadership roles, with strong experience in sales and business management, as well as product development. Deep understanding of Life Insurance products will be essential. You are entrepreneurial with demonstrated ability in engaging senior business leaders and clients to provide strategic insights and solutions. Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills will be essential.
