Head of Business Planning & Analysis, Fintech

This is a top tier Fintech company backed by strong investors and pioneered by dynamic founders. Working alongside with finance and managing a team, you will lead the finance analysis for strategic and commercial decisions across the business. With a decisive and strong commercial acumen, your team will partner the business heads to drive commercial decisions for expansion/growth or changes in business approaches. You will work closely with Group Finance, Technology and the Leadership team to define business needs and drive the project prioritization, budget planning, resource optimisation and update to stakeholders. Degree qualified ideally in Accounting, Finance or Business, you have at least 15 years of relevant experience including significant years in Fintech / Retail / FMCG / Banking and proven track record in driving business growth. You are strategic, analytical, performance driven and possess strong people management and stakeholder management skills.
