Head of Enterprise Architect

The employer is a leading financial services organisation with strong international presence across more than 20 countries. Providing architectural directions on trading platform design and selection of technology investments Holding accountability of end-to-end software development standards and processes Taking charge of program management office and managing projects using Agile methodology Applying DevOps culture in managing automated processes and development of tools As a successful applicant you will have at least 12-15 years of working experience backed by at least successful experiences in providing oversight of architecture direction on complex projects across diverse technologies. You will have hands-on DevOps experience in and ability to demonstrate leadership in implementing SDLC framework in a large organisation. You will be proficient in steering technical direction while taking into account risk assessment, preferably in a financial market setting. Exposure to distribution ledger technology will be greatly beneficial.
