Head of Marketing

The employer is from Finance sector. As part of the leadership team, you will develop and implement business-aligned, data-driven and customer-centric marketing strategies for its fin-tech financial business unit in the region. You will set structure and implement best practices for in-country marketing teams so as to be able to succeed on the ground in a competitive digital and fin-tech landscape. You will work in partnership with brand marketing teams to develop brand positioning, architecture and value propositions. You will drive regional campaigns for major product launches and coordinate with local country marketing teams for execution. You will work with strategy and financial planning teams to create data-driven targets and budgets, ensuring marketing efficiency measures meet agreed benchmarks. Degree qualified, you possess at least 10-15 years of integrated marketing experience, preferably gained in payments, financial services, consumer internet, FMCG and / or consulting sectors. You are passionate, innovative, self-starter, entrepreneurial , hands-on, strong people-manager, highly respected leader and comfortable operating in a highly dynamic, fast-paced and start-up environment.
