Head of Security & Governance (CISO)

Identify IT security risks and compliance group-wide Drive and coordinate IT Security Policies group-wide such as End User Computing Policy, Networking, SITSO etc Drive, engage and seek buy-in from key stakeholders across Business Units, including funding of proposed programmes, conduct communications and oversee rollouts Put in place programme to enforce compliance Degree qualified in Information Security, Computer Science or related qualifications At least 15 years' experience with relevant experience in Information Security, Audit, Risk and/or Compliance. Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources Strong analytical, data processing and problem-solving skills
