head of tax - apac

The employer is a well established listed multinational in the manufacturing industry. As the Head of Tax you will report directly to the CFO based in Singapore and lead a team of 4 staff across Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai. You will oversee the entire Tax function including Transfer Pricing, Tax Advisory and Compliance with the support of your team and professional consulting firms. You will also be supporting closely the CFO and General Management with Treasury matters. Degree in Accounting 10-15 years of relevant corporate taxation experience, ideally with a track record in a Big 4 firm Strong technical knowledge of cross border tax legislations of Singapore and the Asia region Knowledge of Transfer Pricing is preferred Ability to work in a fast paced environment
