Managing and overseeing the end to end spectrum of HR functions for APAC region - from Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, L&D, Performance Management etc Ensuring a robust and firm foundation for HR processes and systems within the APAC region Serve as a key strategic HR business partner to business leaders and stakeholders Partner with business leaders to provide strategic inputs and advices to develop and enhance current HR policies and processes Ensure compensation and benefits packages are aligned and competitive with market standards Provide coaching and support to employees within the HR Team Provide support to managers and employees in identifying and fulfilling employee development needs in line‚Äčwith corporate strategy and regional needs. Ensure excellence service delivery on day to day HR related matters, ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day HR matters for all the business units in APAC You will be Degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 10 years of experience preferably in similar capacity. Relevant experience in an MNC environment is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. YYou will be someone with excellent business acumen with good commercial sense.
