HRMS Senior Consultant, APAC (Oracle)

Handling functional and technical issues related to the HRMS Modules(CORE HR,Payroll,SSHR,OLM and Performance Management) Leading IT Digital project implementation across Asia, this focusing in resource, timeline, budget and vendor management Collaborating with HR business users to anticipate future needs and lead improvement plans. Creating and presenting business case to senior business stakeholders to achieve process improvement and drive efficiency. Managing external vendors, negotiate contracts and ensuring SLAs are being adhered to  As a successful applicant, you will have a Degree in Computer Science or relevant field. At least 5 years of experience in Oracle HRMS is required. Candidate should have exposure to extra Information Types and special Information Types. Proven track record in project management, focusing in milestone planning and budgeting across Asia is required for this role.
