Program Director - (Interactive Digital Agency)

Provide direction to junior and senior project managers in their specific aspects of projects Work with Directors from other verticals to establish a strong leadership team for rapid sustainable growth Efficiently plan and prioritise all deliverables and resources working across multiple projects; physical fabrication to digital delivery Consistently manage client expectations, schedules, budgets, assets and scopes - organisation and an attention to detail is essential Work closely with creative, strategy and tech teams to produce amazing digital products Lead teams to create the stunning work whilst maintaining an agile/ waterfall methodology Make decisions and find solutions quickly, independently with confidence Experienced in digital interactive project/ program management; especially within retail industry Strong communications skills; clearly communicate the goals of the client and the ideas behind the awesome work An ability to motivate, support and understand their teams; easily work with everyone from visual designers to tech developers and content strategists Experience with a diversified portfolio of experience: development of large-scale websites and a strong understanding of web development technologies, physical production/ fabrication, third party applications and platforms, and social media etc A familiarity with MS Office, MS Project, bug tracking, wiki and other related project management
