Regional CFO

The employer is from Finance sector. You will be a strategic advisor to the CEO and provide sound financial counsel in support of business decisions and performance for their global operations. This will include active evaluation of new go-to-market strategies and business initiatives. A pioneer member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be instrumental in charting the future directions and growth of the organisation. In addition, you will spearhead the Finance operations and champion best practices to drive operational efficiency. You are a qualified CA with 15 years of relevant experience, ideally gained in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. You have a proven track record in growing the business and evaluating new initiatives to enhance business performance. To succeed in this role, you will be described as commercial, enterprising and a strategic business partner.
