Regional Head of Compliance & Investigations

Global manufacturing MNC with a growing presence in Asia Executes, trains and adapts the Group Compliance Program in the region Promotes Ethics & Integrity and Antitrust Compliance in the region Coordinates the planning, implementation, and maintenance, enforcement of a regional/global compliance program including the implementation of compliance policies and procedures Conducts and suggests compliance investigations and audits in the region Manages Compliance Risk Assessments for the various Business Units and Projects in the Region Conducts training on ethics & integrity and antitrust Supports business with a risk based approach in targeted compliance measures Implement and maintain group and local compliance policies and procedures in regional and local juristictions Manages the Country Compliance Officers in the Region Qualification in Law or expereince working in the compliance space within an audit firm Have 8 years' experience in compliance especially in ethics & integrity and antitrust Have worked in multinational and multicultural environment Excellent understanding of the legal & ethical as well as anti-trust requirements in the region
