Regional Head of HR (APAC)

Drive the implementation of the talent strategy and priorities aligned to the objectives of the APAC region Design the ongoing talent strategy and employer brand that consistently attracts top talent across diverse roles and countries and build a best in class team Accountable for ensuring HR priorities are implemented and drive people change to meet the business needs Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group in close collaboration with our global HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies tailored to the APAC region Manage recruitment for all key impact and senior roles across the region Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to senior management (e.g. coaching, counseling, career development and mapping) Ensure our mission and culture serves as the foundation for all HR systems and infrastructure. You are responsible for building and facilitating the culture-building process across our teams. You have 7 years of HR and Recruitment experience (eCommerce/tech/start-up experience strongly preferred) You have proven success in a startup environment: rigorous, energetic, agile, and drive to impact Working knowledge of key HR disciplines, including performance and talent management, compensation and benefits, and recruitment,Excellent people management skills You have off the charts EQ. You can manage the inevitable ups and downs, serving as a trusted advisor to the team Analytical approach to HR and goal oriented Excellent project and stakeholder management skills in multi country set-up Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Bachelor's degree in Business, preferably with a HR focus.
