Regional Head of HR

They are growing globally and looking to leverage on the strong Asia growth to strengthen their footprints. An exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial HR professional to support their Asia hub. Advisor to the leadership team on HR matters to support their commercial requirements and strategies in Asia, particularly for emerging SEA markets Develop and set up robust HR policies and processes to support their commercial growth in the region, as well as having the ability to pre-empt any HR issues pertaining to local market legislation Craft an effective HR strategy to support the business in matters relating, but not limited, to talent acquisition, talent management, compensation & benefits and, learning & development Collaborate with leadership teams in Global and Asia hubs to ensure alignment across the various businesses and lead any change management initiatives to support Degree holder with at least eight years of relevant experience, preferably with experience in setting up regional offices Prior experience in engineering or O&G consultancy companies, or similar Able to work and adapt in a fast paced environment Team player, able to see big picture and results oriented
