Regional Head of Strategy and New Products, Transaction Banking

The employer is a dynamic major bank with an established Transaction Banking business. This is a highly visible role reporting to the Head of Transaction Banking, where you will be responsible for Business and New Product Strategy Formulation with the Head of Transaction Banking; as well as New Product Rollout and Strategic Marketing and Communications. You will work closely with business leaders and cross functional colleagues to drive business strategy execution including formulating and executing the regional roadmap for product deployment which encompasses driving efforts across product, channels and operations to launch new products. You will also own the development and implementation of an integrated marketing and client engagement strategy to maximise visibility in the market. You will be expected to keep abreast of and articulate industry and market trends to the business, and formulate and track strategic KPIs for performance management. Marketing and Communications will include online and print strategy and content, events for client engagement and product commercialisation, and engagement with industry publications and awards. You are degree qualified with a strong track record of strategic planning and integrated marketing experience gained in banking and financial services. Experience in Transaction Banking will be highly advantageous. You are strategic, highly innovative and passionate about new economy strategies including harnessing digital and data technologies to drive business growth. Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as a demonstrated ability in engaging senior business leaders will be essential.
