Regional Head of Talent Acquisition - Manufacturing
A multi-billion dollar industrial services business is headquartered in USA and a is a leading player serving large scale sectors across 6 continents. As the Head of Talent Acquisition for Asia Pacific, you will be act as the talent advisor to BU Heads. While leading a team of recruiters across the region, you will design and execute recruitment strategies to source, attract, engage and assess relevant talents for the business. You will hold the end responsibility for governance matters such as vendor management, recruitment procedures and controls and ensuring a high efficiency recruitment mechanism that serves the business needs. A critical part of your role is to lead employer branding exercises that lead to proactive engagement of highly qualified talent across the region. Bachelors degree 10 years of talent acquisition experience with 5 years of leading international teams Must have prior experience in industrial, engineering or operational recruitment Strong track record of designing recruitment strategies and building recruitment frameworks Proven ability in making measurable business impact in terms turnaround time, cost, talent engagement Must be hands on and happy to operate both strategically and tactically Must have experience of building a successful employer branding strategy Used to working in a high pace environment and happy to navigate in a complex matrix environment Entrepreneurial and innovative spirit, ability to thrive in an unstructured and constantly changing environment
