Foster positive working relationships between Company and customer organizations to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction Generate new ideas for service and product opportunities; anticipate opportunities the competition may exploit and work to close the gap Represent Company at industry events to promote products and services, network with relevant stakeholders, and stay current with market trends Min 10 years in technology sales (solution sales approach) including direct supervision of sales team A proven track record of consistently maintaining a robust sales pipeline that supports/exceeds revenue forecasts Must have business savvy, strong negotiation skills, and ability to close large complex deals Ability to solve practical problems, involving a wide range of variables, in creative ways Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly
