Sales Director

A high-performing Sales Director to meet customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Sales director responsibilities include developing and executing all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve your financial targets. Ensure high levels of visibility and customer satisfaction Achieves or exceeds sales objectives in their region. Responsible for Leading, Teaching, Motivating and Inspiring a Team of Account Managers to achieve or exceed sales objectives Responsible for Attracting, Retaining and Developing High Performing Account Managers Conducts regular business reviews, with AMs to ensure that proper programs and messages are being utilized and commitments are followed through. Provides regular written and verbal feedback that address and support both business development and career development needs of the Account Managers. Leads Account Managers in the development of Tactical Action Plans with marketing, promotional, and educational resources and ensures their execution. Creates, builds and maintains relationships and regular communication with key thought leaders. Responsible for leading Account Managers Team to develop new accounts and expand existing accounts Ensures a high level of expertise and customer service is delivered to all customers. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations 10-15 years of work experience. Has a leadership style that inspires and motivates Experience in strategic marketing and product commercialization Proven track record in go-to-market and commercialization strategy development Significant experience and track record of working with and presenting to senior management Significant global company work experience Experience of working with regional sales organizations, knowledge of sales processes. A Bachelor degree holder
