Senior Legal Counsel - Regional - Food and Beverage Industry

An industry leader in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector and they have a prominent presence in Asia. You need to provide high value legal and corporate governance advice to support the business in Singapore as well as other business units across the Asia region. As the senior legal counsel, you are responsible to handle the contractual documents, set up and institute proper processes, guidelines and documentation for the business units. You will also be collaborating with the higher management, evaluating the legal risk factors to offer proactive advice on possible legal issues. You must have 8-12 years of relevant legal experience from a reputable law firm gained in either Singapore, China or Hong Kong, also possess knowledge on local and regional laws and regulations. As a culturally sensitive individual, you must be bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associate in view of business communications.
