Senior Manager, Operations Due Diligence

Leading manufacturer which has created this new headcount to strengthen their business portfolio and acquire potential manufacturing businesses in the region. The Senior Manager will be conducting performance evaluations of potential sites which consist of operational efficiency, people & structure, effectiveness of the current systems and processes, quality mindset, cost control and continuous improvement initiatives. These performance evaluations will be presented to the board for review and taken into consideration before any merger or acquisition is made. Business travel is to be expected and the Senior Manager will also be involved in assisting the acquired plant to be integrated into the organisation and implement strategies to ensure operational excellence is achieved. Degree in an Engineering field or related 5-10 years in an operations management capacity with a contract manufacturer (EMS, ODM, electronics manufacturing) Strong leadership skills and operations excellence experience
