Senior Officer/Manager - Card Operations/Account Services
Job Responsibilities To process customers' applications for credit card fund transfer, SmartPay, cashplus/Credit card personal loads To process cardholders' payments, interchange payents and transaction posting rejects To investigate exceptions and identify their cause To contact and handle customer queries, if required To process any other service requests for credit card customers handled by the department Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business/Finance or equivalent Good financial acumen and basic accounting knowledge Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills Strong logical thinking with an eye for details 3 - 5 years of relevant experience for operations manager
