Being accountable for the end to end recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, focusing on senior level positions Partner closely with business leaders in identifying hiring requirements and understanding workforce needs Develop innovative sourcing methods and recruitment channels to identify suitable candidates Manage the job offer process and negotiate salary packages that are competitive to market trends Develop, manage and maintain a highly-skilled team to assist with talent acquisition initiatives Pushing talent acquisition change programmes from both a strategic and operative level Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire Analyse current recruitment methods and put in place improvement plans and align the recruitment function Develop employer branding initiatives and graduate recruitment programmes. You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition. You will be highly familiar with the end to end Recruitment process and have good understanding of market insights and recruitment trends. You will need to be highly proficient in and have strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. You should possess high level of energy and passion to continue to grow the regional business.
