Vice President, Global Platform Manager, Global Transaction Services

Drive the global platform replacement initiative Develop product and country-specific requirements Review high-level and low-level design documents to ensure they effectively meet business requirements Liaison with Technology and Operations on testing including approach, test case approval, defect prioritization and client impact analysis Manage migration and conversion planning and client communications Manage ongoing product enhancements including internal and external communications Ensure strong governance and communication of product enhancements and investment priorities Coordinate with business partners in including Regional Product Management, Technology, Operations and the Vendor 5 years product management, operations or development experience in Payments and/or DDA/deposit product solutions Strong project management and organizational skills, and ability to work independently with remote management Ability to influence across multiple organizations including Product, Technology, Operations and Compliance Experience working on large scale transformation projects spanning multiple geographies Ability to present to business partners and executives, demonstrating good communication skills Experience with technology development and testing processes, especially UAT
