The employer is a bank. To guide the Relationship Manager and Client Service Executive in identifying and documenting the information required to satisfy the Bank's KYC due diligence policies and processes. Executes and reviews negative media alerts, and performs sanction & PEP screening Check and identifies for discrepancies between the information held in the customer's documentation and profile on the system Reviews and validated the quality of the due diligence and KYC information on the bank's customers, in line with HSBC policies at on boarding and periodic reviews Work with the CDD Advisor when additional guidance on CDD policy is required Driving sustainable growth. Identifies and acts on opportunities to improve efficiency in the workflow Makes considered decisions with factual and coherent recommendations, benefits and implications. Keeps colleagues and stakeholders informed, and takes accountability for following through on outstanding issues raised within the CLM team to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of service Assists assigned internal clients to be aware of and be able to critically examine relevant policies and practices and processes to mitigate risk, ensure compliance and deliver a superior end client experience Encourages internal client to make best use of CLM's expertise and services by ensuring a robust understanding of the business function Takes a proactive approach to identifying and highlighting work flow process improvements needed to increase productivity and efficiency on an end to end basis. University degree Knowledge of Customer Due Diligence and Know Your Customer within Private Banking Experience and understanding of implementation of complex change initiatives Good knowledge of Anti Money Laundering, regulatory compliance and controls within banking and financial services Strategic thinker and ability to contribute ideas for improvement of the team Able to work independently and effectively manage across all levels
