Execution and coordination of ITIL aligned Incident Management processes Comprehend, communicate and lead the recovery of business disrupting technology incidents Track, oversee and report on the daily management of significant incidents Interface and liaise between Application Production Support and Business/Operations support Communicate incident status and impact with senior executive business and technology stakeholders Support various adhoc and scheduled reporting requirements Experience of performing Major Incident Management role ITIL Certification Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; must be able to appropriately convey ideas, concerns and opinions across differing levels of management Must be proactive, enthusiastic, flexible and results driven with attention to detail A team player who must be able to work under pressure, juggle multiple priorities, using initiative to meet deadlines without close supervision A disciplined thinker and capable of working across organizational boundaries in a very demanding, high-output environment
