Vice President, Mergers and Acquisition (Health Tech)

The company is a global technology, defence and engineering group specialising in the aerospace, electronics, land systems and marine sectors. Develop strategic view of target healthcare sectors Analyse market needs, market participants, and current and emerging technology developments to identify growth opportunities for ST Engineering. Support development of business case including organic investment into an existing ST Engineering business, partnership, or in-organic investment (M&A, JV) Identify key industry and business assumptions and challenges for the overall HT strategy Understand the company’s current capabilities and processes, identify our value add in the identified segments, and support in the acquisition and growth strategy and plans Support business due diligence in mergers and acquisition and integration planning Take leadership position in business post acquisition Passionate about healthcare and improving health outcomes around cost, quality, access Market and customer focused. Able to identify market stakeholders and their needs, then map back to ST Engineering business needs and capabilities. High learning agility with a biasness for understanding new technologies in the HealthTech domain Self-starter; detailed, and willing to get involved where necessary Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to juggle multiple projects and drive them to successful completion. Strong executive presence and communication skills. Able to convey information effectively to multiple organization levels, including senior leadership. A self-confident, proactive, agile mind set with the personality and people skills to achieve maximum results in a teamwork environment
