VP, CRM Administrator

Job Description: You will be responsible to lead an administration team for the CRM tool to administer service requests and queries from the business users. You will also manage any change requests relating to the system. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for coaching, supervising, appraising and monitoring the performance of the team Lead the team in data migration into the new system Review test cases/scripts to ensure the business requirements are fulfilled for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Lead the team to support UAT testing; help plan resources and address any issues raised Facilitate "Train-the-Trainer" and "End User Training" on the CRM tool Maintain system protocols through procedures/user guides Raise and ensure smooth implementation of change requests to the system Responsible for the overall productivity and performance of the team in providing quality services to Singapore and Overseas business users, and meet the established SLAs Perform management reporting and data analytics Guide the team in projects and tasks as and when required Job Requirements A highly motivated individual with strong analytical and leadership skills, and holds strong customer-centric values Bachelor Degree in related field or equivalent experience More than 8 years of relevant, system administration and maintenance related to CRM Good knowledge in financial services policies, procedures, products and industry practices.
