The employer is a leading financial services group in Asia Provide strong leadership over a team of Treasures Offshore Relationship Managers Responsible of driving and executing Client Engagement, Franchise growth and Financial Performance strategies to ensure high level of client satisfaction and engagement, acquire new clients and AUM and meet financial expectations Lead and drive sales performance on a team basis to achieve overall business objectives Ensure needs-based selling and service compliance in accordance with regulatory and internal audit/security requirements Inculcate a high performance culture to attract, develop and retain high performing staff in support of bank’s wealth continuum strategy Degree with over 10 years of relevant wealth management experience with minimum 3 years in managerial function Strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skills with the ability to relate and manage all levels of staff Good networking skills to build partnership and strong collaborations with internal and external business partners Strong passion to develop business and grow team Strong commitment to risk management and able to foster an effective risk culture Sound understanding of financial services which includes a working knowledge and application of compliance and cross border regulations Insight of competitors and their activities in the offshore marketplace Creative and able to generate new business ideas to meet strategic priorities Good knowledge, understanding and/or experience around the cultural aspect of the Non Resident Indian market Having the language capabilities of the specific market would be a plus.
