VP Marketing Operations Asia - Financial Services

The employer is from Finance sector. This role, reporting directly to the Digital Hub General Manager, and seated in Singapore, will oversee all Marketing Operations for the newly created Digital Hub. Working alongside a VP of product, this role will enable digital adoption, strategy and internal/external engagement within Asia (with an initial focus on Singapore, Indonesia, and Korea). You will help craft, lead, and drive a sustainable and most importantly, scaleable digital business model. As such, prior leadership experience will be key. Bachelors or MBA within Marketing or relevant study 10 plus years of proven digital marketing experience, both on strategic side and prior hands-on capacity Proven team lead experience, inclusive of scaling your team Entrepreneurial minded, ability and willingness to roll up sleeves Strong regional and local in-market cultures and markets Superb senior stakeholder management skillset Prior and/or current experience in financial services experience will be highly valuable
