VP Mergers & Acquisition (Healthcare Technology)

The employer is reputable industrial organization with a global footprint. They have been expanding aggressively geographically and with various businesses in the last decade. As part of their strategic development plans, there is a need to build a new global Healthcare Technology business. Together with a strong leadership team, you will originate prospective targets in the healthcare sector. You will support the development of business cases for both organic and inorganic investments. You will play a key role in investment decisions and driving activities to support the organization's operations and expansion plans. You will develop financial models, perform financial due diligence and feasibility studies to assess potential M&A activities and projects. You will also play a key role in overseeing the deal process, negotiating commercial terms and supporting on any business development opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance/ Accountancy OR a healthcare related discipline (Engineering, Life Sciences or Medical Technology) with about 8-15years' post-graduation experience. You are well-versed in the end to end M&A process including the sourcing, financial modelling and evaluation of M&A opportunities, investments or any strategic business combinations. You must be commercially driven, confident, independent and articulate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong knowledge of the healthcare sector is highly advantageous.
