VP Regional Marketing

Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns Collaborate with partners and HQ/Regional teams Plan and execute on the development of content Develop relationships with leaders at key partners to deliver against joint business plan Measure and Manage Marketing & GTM effectiveness through campaign metrics, developing and delivering against KPI’s and ROI. Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing services; Monitor media and the marketplace for trends, competitor activity and relevant issues; Lead, coordinate and approve all marketing messages in marketing collateral and communications and ensure all materials and presentations are aligned with the Chope brand Measure and report performance of social media marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals; Manage and approve all merchandise requirements, signage and brochure orders; Accomplish business critical marketing objectives by clearly communicating job expectations, assigning tasks and mentoring the marketing team; Actively contribute to a positive work environment by displaying the values of the organisation and implement internal marketing strategies, as required; Develop and monitor digital platforms including Chope's website, social media pages and frequently report the relevant results, impacts and trends; Be the custodian of the Chopes brand and ensure all collateral is professionally presented and is in keeping with Chope's Style guide and brand identity. Over 8 years of prior marketing experience, with min 3 years of management experience Strong track record in all aspects of product scoping, designing and launching software products Previous experience developing strategies to create innovative markets To be effective, demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating integrated marketing strategies and tactics in a fast-paced industry are essential components to this opportunity. Demonstrated excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills with ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders will be vital to the role.
