Senior Content Marketing and Events Manager

The company is in the games industry. Act as the point person for all marketing and branding-related content and events Manage production and delivery of campaign content for the Marketing team, with client and candidate journeys in mind Develop expert understanding of the Virtuos mission, our services and solutions Manage a lean Content team to produce high quality English and Mandarin content for digital and physical platforms, with emphasis on education and awareness Develop highly tailored social media and targeting strategies for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, ArtStation, Weibo and WeChat Produce high quality English social media copy for various demographics and markets, at the same time overseeing the Content and Marketing Coordinator to produce Mandarin social media copy Develop, plan and operationally execute complex meetings, conferences, conventions, seminars and/or special events for client engagement and HR recruitment programs, with tasks including but not limited to: Conducting site inspections where required Serving as lead representative for suppliers and vendors where required Managing the events budget, program, itinerary, timeline, related logistics Setting-up and managing events on-site Preparing necessary documentation and performing program walk-throughs with event attendees Effectively communicate content and event strategies to key stakeholders for feedback, review and approval Measure campaign impact through reporting, content/event ROI, and present recommendations for improvement Train team on social media, content marketing and events management best practices Establish and communicate workflows for social media planning, content marketing and events management Manage production and logistics for corporate and event merchandise, and client gifts Diploma or BA in Marketing or related degree, or equivalent regional or global marketing experience 5 years of related work experience in project management, integrated marketing, digital marketing, MICE management and execution Strong bilingual language skills in native English and Mandarin Proficiency with MS Office Strong knowledge of digital-first content marketing and social media landscape, and understanding of different cultural nuances Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives at once Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects to produce high quality work with minimum supervision, and collaborate with remote teams and suppliers Results-oriented with experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics, focusing on lead generation, conversion, sales and other marketing goals A strong interest in the video games and movies/entertainment industries Ability to travel overseas as required
