Senior / Applications Engineer

Responsible for the software development life cycle for in-house application solutions: Performs requirements gathering, system design, development, enhancement, integration, testing and deployment for new and existing software applications. Actively interacting with stakeholders to gather information and have a better understanding on the system requirements. Prepares business requirements, system requirement specification and test case documentation. Develops software solutions by analyzing business requirements, conferring with stakeholders, studying systems flow, data usage, and business processes. Supports system testing and evaluation of activities such as user acceptance testing. Support end users on application issues and drive the most efficient and effective utilization of applications to support the business objectives. Develop/maintain documentation, access control and change control process for the applications to meet compliance requirements. Coordinate with application vendors for timely delivery of off-the-shelf applications and fixes. Assist/backup the duties of other application analysts. Manage assigned IT projects.
