Senior Consultant

Reporting to the Director, you will contribute to the BU's business success by managing a high performing team to deliver great work and seeking out further opportunities. Manage and develop strong client relationships and have a good understanding of clients’ business and market, utilizing your research expertise and proprietary Kantar Insights solutions. You will be involved in client engagement, consultancy, study design and analysis, driving preparation and delivery of presentations and reports as well as broader business responsibilities including seeking new business, people management and the implementation of broader business initiatives to improve business performance. Direct the team’s efforts in the most effective use of analytic processes and research methodologies to address clients’ business issues. Provide constant delivery of strong consumer insights to clients and ensure client deliverables meet expectations and needs. Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Marketing with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in market research. You are confident in your analysis and presentation skills with an ability to advise clients on how to solve problems. Experienced in developing team members through coaching and performance management. Able to manage projects and the team to contribute towards achievement of financial targets, through developing client relationships, managing key supplier relationships, as well as instilling a learning culture among the team.
