Executive / Senior Executive

You will be part of the Industry and Professional Development team under the Professional and Scientific Services Division to drive the development of non-food agri-industries through strategic planning, technology development, and manpower development as well as through partnerships and collaborations with local and overseas entities. You will be liaising closely with companies on issues such as management of leases/tenancies and requests for farm land. In addition, you will also be processing funding schemes for the companies; as well as conduct audits and site verification. Diploma in Estate Management, Landscape Architecture, Engineering, or related business discipline Preferably with at least 1 year working experience in consultancy, design or engineering Basic knowledge of reading and understanding of technical drawings for buildings, earthworks and infrastructure projects Possess good interpersonal, written and communication skills Proficient in Mandarin or another second language will be advantageous for effective communication with the stakeholders Competent in technical software such as AutoCAD Independent and able to work effectively with others in a team environment
