Head of Analytics - APAC

A leading with high-impact solutions worldwide. The main purpose of this role is to understand business problem/requirements, design and implement data relation solutions that will make a direct positive impact on business of the different Henkel business units. To research, design, implement and validate cutting edge algorithms to analyze diverse sources of data to achieve targeted outcomes. Application of key techniques of data sciences (Machine learning, data mining, analysis) to build high quality predictive systems To develop solution allowing highly effective presentation and engaging visualization for decision making.Provide key stakeholders with advice on data trends and best practices, assessing potential of there recommendation for implementation Analysis on processes, data structures and analytical methods Data extraction and integration Visualization of complex data and analytical results using modern data visualization tool Self-dependent execution and management of analytical project Qualitative and quantitative analysis of data to identify hidden pattern or systematically risks Extensive experience in analytics in data science. Proven leadership and collaboration abilities and ability to operate effectively both globally and regionally. IT background and experience in Digital. Knowledge of the modern analytical tools, e.g. R, Spark. Communication and presentation skills / fluent in English 3-5 years job experience , strong analytical/ statistical understanding, excellent stakeholder management.
