Head of Sales

As Head of Sales you will take on the unique responsibility to develop, implement and successfully deliver upon key sales strategies designed to penetrate the international sports production market. You will be required to drive sales forward by identifying and securing new business and managing the existing client portfolio in order to grow market share, raise brand awareness and increase annual revenue In order to generate sales activity, you will be responsible for setting financial objectives for both yourself and your team, implementing new sales initiatives and recommending improved sales procedures. We are looking for a successful sales professional, with a proven track record of delivering upon sales, commercial or business development strategy within the sports production industry. You will require a strong understanding of Outside Broadcast live events workflows, emerging production technologies and experience providing technical set-ups for OB trucks, temporary facilities and flyaways.
