The employer is from MARKETING sector. Responsible for conceptualizing, planning and implementing overall advertising and promotional activities for CapitaLand Malls to generate higher footfall and revenue for our tenants Develop and maintain customer service initiatives and achieve service standards set for CapitaLand Malls Sourcing for sponsorship for promotions and events, maintaining regular dialogue with the media, regularly identifying publicity opportunities for CapitaLand Malls Plan the marketing communications budget and ensure that expenses are kept within the approved budget Liaise and work closely with advertising agencies, tenants, contractors and event companies to ensure successful running of projects and events Conduct post-promotional campaign/events reviews to assess the effectiveness of the promotions/events in terms of shopper traffic and tenant’s GTO and prepare monthly reports for internal analysis Plan and maintain social media presence. Monitor social channel conversations and act on any insights that can further enhance the customer experience and branding of CapitaLand Malls Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or a related field At least 5 years’ relevant experience in retail / hospitality industry Creative, dynamic and resourceful with good media and relevant promotional partners’ contacts Good interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communications skills Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint Fast and independent with strong organizational skills Self-motivated and able to work under pressure Results-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
